Lattice Girders for Element Slabs
Lattice girders (E-girders) join top and bottom chords into a load-bearing truss – the basis of every element and filigree slab.
What lattice girders do
Lattice girders carry the shear and handling loads until the in-situ concrete has cured. Top and bottom reinforcing-steel chords are welded via diagonal struts into a rigid truss, so filigree panels can be transported, placed and walked on without deforming.
Heights & versions
Available from low heights for thin filigree panels up to tall girders for long spans, optionally with galvanised chords for higher corrosion demands.
FAQ about lattice girders
What are lattice girders used for?
They secure filigree and element slabs during transport, placing and casting and carry the shear force in the composite section.
Are special lengths possible?
Yes, lattice girders are cut to project length and can be supplied as custom fabrication.
